- New or existing buildings between 2,000 sqm GLA to 4,000 sqm GLA.
- Sites with or without planning, zoning or development approval.
- Development sites of 0.5ha upwards.
- Car parking ratio of 1:20.
- External multi sports zones of 500 < 1,000 sqm.
