Cancelling your order is very simple prior to shipping, simply contact our friendly online team at: https://help.decathlon.com.au/support/home
Once your order's status has changed to "Shipped", we are no longer responsible for the control of the delivery.
Your parcel is deemed to be in the process of "being Shipped" or "In transit".
The procedure from there would be to treat the order as a standard "Return", in which case we would require you to receive the order, and then book it to be returned for a refund.
