We might have a solution!
1) This part of the website doesn't particularly work well on Mobile devices and some browsers.
Please try using an alternate PC browser (Edge, Chrome or Firefox, depending on what you used initially).
2) This part of our website is slower than the rest because our server is located overseas. If you've waited longer than 5 minutes and this page doesn't load, something isn't right!
a) To refresh your browser cache. Google 'How to refresh my cache' if you are unfamiliar!
b) Is your internet connection too slow? Sometimes, our page just times out if it doesn't reach our server.
Please use the 'back' button to go back to your shopping cart and 'proceed to checkout' again.
c) This could also happen if your registration address is outside Australia or New Zealand. During registration, you'll need to provide an AU or NZ address.
3) Finally, we've also seen that certain 'Office' or 'Work' internet networks sometimes don't reach this page due to security/proxy settings. Please try on a home PC or mobile tethered network.
