If you're in a hurry, Click and Collect is our way to offer a quick in-store experience! The option to select this service will appear during the checkout process.
Your order will be prepared in-store, and you will be notified via email when it is ready for collection. All in-store Click and Collect orders placed before 4pm will be ready for collection in 2 hours. In store orders placed after 4 pm will be available for collection by 12 pm the next day.
Where can I collect my order from?
During the process of making your order, you will have selected which store you would like to make the collection from.
At the moment, you will have a choice from Tempe and Auburn in NSW, while in VIC you will be able to choose from Box Hill, Knoxfield, Moorabbin and South Morang.
We also have various pop-up Click and Collect options. We'll prepare your order in our nearest Decathlon store, and then your order will be taken to the Click and Collect location you selected at checkout. This takes anywhere from 2 - 5 business days and you can look into the times for each location here: https://decathlon.com.au/pages/store-locator
What time can I collect my order?
Once you have received your email confirmation, you can collect your order anytime the store is open.
How long will it take for my order to be ready?
We normally take 2 hours to ensure your order is ready if the order has been placed before 4PM. All orders placed after 4PM are ready for collection by 12 noon the next day. Please note that during promotional sales or on the weekends, it may take longer than 2 hours. For click and collect locations outside of Decathlon stores, your order will be ready for collection within 2 - 3 business days.
How will I know my order is ready?
You will get an email confirmation to say your order is ready for pick up.
Now that my order is ready, what do I do when I get to the store?
Visit us at the welcome desk as you enter, inform them you are there to pick up your order, and show them your order collection email and some photo ID and our welcome desk team will grab your order for you.
What if I come in and my order is not ready?
If you have received an order collection email, it is extremely unlikely the order won't be ready as the email goes out only after the order has been completely processed. However, in the small cases where that happens (oops!), our friendly teammates will arrange your order for you on the spot and do everything they can to help.
How long will you hold onto my order if I cannot come and pick it up?
We will hold onto your order for 7 days. If you need a little bit more time to collect it, please let our Customer Happiness Team know at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will let the team know to hold your order until you can collect it. Please note, we can only stretch the pickup date so far and will have to cancel the order should the collection time be too far in the future. We will try our best to give you as much time as possible.
What is the exchange policy on Click and Collect orders?
Our policies are the same regardless of how you make your purchase; 365 days to return.
