We would love to say yes to every request our customers make of us because we at Decathlon strive to make all of our members as happy as we can, but sometimes we simply can't.
We don't provide laybuys, and we generally don't hold items, because we believe it would be unfair to our other members should the item run out of stock.
It also adds another layer of management to our purchasing system that we presently just aren't set up for.
If you would like us to hold an item, at this stage, it would need to be fully purchased through Click and Collect online. Through this method, we can guarantee stock of, and keep the order ready for you in-store for up to 1 week. If you do not collect in that time period, we'll cancel your order and refund you. It should only take 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
