Has your order been double charged while finalising your payment at the tills when shopping with us?
We're very sorry about that, and in order to get this reimbursed to your account, we ask that you contact your bank and explain what has happened.
Your bank will then confirm the error that has occurred with us.
The money from the duplicate payment will be reimbursed to your account.
Please allow 3-5 business days from the moment of raising this issue with the bank for it to be resolved.
