Decathlon Australia strives to provide a happy and simple customer experience in every way, but we're still finding our feet in this country, and working out the bugs.
We've received some feedback about purchasing difficulties online recently, and we're working hard to resolve the complications.
There currently seems to be some issues purchasing on Android or iOS mobile devices, in that the payment page simply won't load.
We've also heard of difficulties using the browser Safari, and very rarely Google Chrome on PC.
In these instances, the solution we've found is to recommend use of either Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge.
We hope this won't be too much of an inconvenience, and we will get these bugs squashed as soon as possible!
