Our IT team is currently doing some fixes to our website and as a part of this, receipts are not viewable online at the moment. We're doing our best to have them up and running again very soon! That being said, we can still find them on our end so if you need a receipt please let our Customer Happiness Team know here and we'll get any receipts you need sent to you.
Once they are back up and running, it usually takes up to 3 hours for the receipt to appear on the account, and on the rare occasion, up to 48 hours.
If your receipt takes longer than 48 hours to upload to your account, please don't hesitate to contact our online team so we can look into it for you: https://help.decathlon.com.au/support/home
