Some of our customers don't want to receive advertisements from us, and we totally understand this.

During account creation at our self-serve tills, there is a tick box which will be pre-checked, and all you need to do is clear it to opt-out of receiving newsletters.

Alternatively, if you're being served at our cash tills by our friendly Welcome Desk team, they will ask you, during account creation, whether you would like to receive our newsletters. In this instance, all you need to do is say no, and they will complete your registration without a subscription. 

Alternatively, there is an option to 'unsubscribe' yourself from future newsletters in your profile on our website.

Simply find this by logging into your account at, accessing your "My Interests" drop-down, and opening the "My Communication" tab, which will allow you to select "Yes" or "No" to opt in or out of receiving newsletters. 

* There is a delay on the process for unsubscribing, so please allow up to 48 hours for communication to cease. If you receive further unwanted communication after this time, don't hesitate to let us know so we can investigate.

We can also manually unsubcribe you ourselves, if you're having difficulty doing so.
