The Returns policy was updated, as of August 14 2019. Any purchases made after this date are subject to Section 4 of the T&C of Use, which can be viewed here.

Returning online purchases online is a very straight forward matter due to a purchasing system Decathlon has in place which protects the purchaser and us from fraud, theft or other complications.

Returning in-store purchases online is a little more involved due to our policy of only refunding purchases the same way they were made, in order to facilitate a more secure purchasing experience for our customers. 

For this reason, in-store purchases can only be monetarily refunded in-store; if you wish to return a purchase through our online method, we would send out the reimbursement as a gift card instead.

Online returns can be made by following these simple instructions:

So now that we know its coming, we just need you to send it off (you will need access to a printer).

1) Click on this link:

2) Choose a parcel point that's closest to you.

3) Book your return in, and make the return postage payment online.

4) Print the label that you will receive in your email. Please stick it onto the satchel/box you're using to return.

5) Drop it off at the chosen parcel point

Please let us know you've completed the return by sharing your tracking number with us.

If Parcelpoint is unavailable to you in your area, we also accept returns via AusPost

Once done, please share the tracking information with us for our records.

When we have received the tracking number for your return delivery, we will go ahead and organise a gift card to be sent out to you with the value of the returned items loaded.
