Not to worry!
A lot of the time there may have been an attempt to deliver your order but nobody was available to collect it.
If this was the case Australia post should have left a slip in your mailbox, or at your front door informing you of this, and your order will be at a nearby post office.
If your order was shipped with TNT, please look for the 'We've missed you' card.
You will need to contact TNT to rearrange delivery.
To confirm this you will also be able to use the tracking number emailed to you with your order shipped confirmation, through the Australia post website.
Of course, your friendly Customer Happiness Officers will also be more than happy to check this for you as well.
