Unfortunately, there is no way for you to update your shipping details once your order has been placed. However, we know these things happen from time to time and we'll do our best to help out!


If you need to update your shipping information please let our Customer Happiness Team know at contact.australia@decathlon.com. Please include your order number and the new address in your email.


If the order is still with us, we'll let our dispatch team know and get your order sent off to you with the address change. 


If the order has left us, unfortunately, it is now out of our hands. Our best advice would be to contact Australia Post (we'll provide you with any relevant information you need, such as your tracking number!) directly and see if they are able to help out. If the order is returned to us by Australia Post we will send out the order again with an updated address as soon as it arrives back to us. Please note this can take several weeks in some cases.
