During COVID-19 we've made the decision to ship from multiple stores and in some cases, orders are split between 2 stores to fulfill the entirety of the order. In these cases, you should have received an email when your order was placed to let you know it will be arriving in multiple parts (it may be in your Junk and Spam!). All sections of the order should arrive within a few days of each other at the most, barring any delays with Australia Post.
If you didn't receive an email from us informing you the order was split and items are missing from your order please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can have a look into your order for you. Our Customer Happiness Team will do their best to get everything to you as quickly as possible!
