We've just introduced an incentive for completing your membership profile with us - $10 off a minimum spend of $70!
A few key points follow:
- The discount is valid for 30 days from issue
- It covers product cost only (excludes shipping)
- Only one discount per customer
- It cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher
Please bear with us if there are any minor issues - we're working our hardest to get these sorted!
We have a few possible scenarios below:
Q: I completed my details on the sign-up form, but did not receive an email with the $10 discount code
Please wait up to 15 mins for the email to be sent
Please check your junk & spam folders, as sometimes the email will be received there. Note, the sender of this email is “firstname.lastname@example.org”
Please make sure you have fully completed your registration. All details need to be filled in
If you have entered your mobile phone number without the 0, please also try your full mobile number starting with "04" as well
If all these steps have been attempted please contact our team via live chat (bottom right of the decathlon.com.au website between 9am-8pm), and we'll try to "reset" the form for you
If none of these steps solve it, we'll investigate the issue and come back to you with a solution via email - we really do apologise and appreciate your patience if you've got this far!
Q: I've received my discount code but it is not working during checkout
Please make sure you are logged into your membership with the email used to signup as the code is specific to that account
If you receive an error during checkout about "unfortunately some items in your cart cannot be shipped to the designated location" it may be related to a specific product, please let us know if you'd like to proceed with the specific product - we're currently investigating!

Q: I've created a membership in-store, but never created an account online. When clicking on update my details to sign in, I am asked to Reset Password.
This is normal behaviour as when creating your membership online, there is no password associated with it.
The reset password will actually create a new password for the user
If this doesn't work, please try to create a new account
If all else fails please contact our customer happiness team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
NOTE: To receive the $10 discount code you'll need to be subscribed to emails. The unsubscribe link in the discount email is currently not working, but if you'd like to subsequently unsubscribe you'll be able to do so via your "membership" section on our website, or through the unsubscribe link in the next email you receive.
