If you have placed a Click and Collect and it has not yet been collected we can cancel your order for you. Just send us an email to email@example.com.
Orders for delivery are now mostly being shipped from our new E-Warehouse! The time from placing the order to it leaving our warehouse is likely to be very quick (within the day!) so unfortunately, we can't cancel an order once it has been placed.
Please make sure your cart is correct before proceeding with your order.
Once the package reaches you we will treat the cancellation as a normal return and process a refund once the package arrives back to us. Please note, we're unable to refund the original shipping fee and return shipping will have to be paid for in these cases.
